We love it here! My wife and I have tried other boxes in the area, but this is by far our favorite. Its always clean, flexible classes, programs for kids, but most importantly it feels like family. The coaches really make you feel welcome and sincerely care about your well being.

If you’re looking for a gym and place to do fitness or group classes in the DeBary area then you would be crazy not to visit Earl and Mariah at F2R The Box. These guys are awesome!

Great box for strength and conditioning. If you just want to improve your Olympic lifting, they have an area for that too. Overall, good coaches and people.
